CANICROSS

You don't have to be an athlete to enjoy running with your dog. Canicross is a sport where a dog runs with its owner as a team.

Canicross at Scovellsway is run by Charlotte. Charlotte is a qualified with ofqual iPet Network level 3 Canicross Coaching.

Canicross is a fantastic sport, open to all abilities. Your dog wears a harness specifically designed to allow them to pull. You wear a belt which allows handsfree and you attach your dog with a bungee line.

Adult dogs of most breeds can benefit from this sport for exercise and mental stimulation. It is a great way to keep gundog fits outside the season, a positive training environment for reactive dogs and great stimulation for pet dogs.

Canicross is great for most breeds, but especially suited for high drive breeds, such as HPR's, Spaniel and Collies. All breeds are welcome.
